1. Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing portalvibly.xyz or utilizing our vehicle configurators, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and engineering compliance standards. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Vehicle Commissions & Allocations

All vehicle specifications, pricing estimates, and build slots displayed on portalvibly.xyz represent preliminary estimates. A binding commission contract is formed only upon execution of a formal Master Vehicle Build Agreement and receipt of the required allocation deposit.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, CAD models, aerodynamic profiles, logos, text, imagery, and interactive calculators on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Portalvibly Expedition Group Ltd. Unauthorized distribution or copying is strictly prohibited under international copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Portalvibly engineers rigs for extreme planetary conditions, off-road exploration carries inherent risks. Portalvibly shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper off-road operation, failure to maintain vehicle fluid levels, or unauthorized mechanical modifications.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this site or custom vehicle contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
